Deals Disclaimer and Insight
* Live Game Deals publishes deals as they are posted live on their corresponding site and as such prices might change hour to hour and occasionally minute to minute, second to second… Or even expire entirely/sell out! No deal is forever. Due to the nature of changes, keep in mind that price accuracy is dependent on the day and time of the post. If a couple of months have passed since a deal post was published, chances are there’s been pricing changes. Most of the time in the Video Game world, that means prices might have dropped further or remained slashed at their prior sale price.
However, occasionally a Video Game Deal could potentially be so good that all of the stock is purchased up and there’s no more. If a retailer deal really peaks your interest, best to not let it linger too long… As it will inevitably leave you at the mercy of third-party resellers. Which most of the time means significant pricing inflation. Thus a game that you might have purchased at $15 or $25 becomes less enticing potentially at $75 or $150.
Franchises based on Anime and popular Japanese brand releases with limited runs will typically sell out first on sale. While stateside sports game will typically fall in price as an annual release becomes available. Ultimate/Complete editions of specific genres like Fighting Games will similarly lead to a logical permanent drop of the standard editions.
